Classrooms that feel good to be in.
The Heart-Centered Method is built around regulation, relationship-building, and a growth mindset as the foundation for learning. When students feel settled and supported, they can focus. When teachers feel confident and clear, the whole day runs better.
Our mission is to help teachers build classrooms that feel calmer, more connected, and easier to lead, so no one feels like they are just trying to survive the school day.
The Heart-Centered Method Empowers Students to Be:
What The Heart-Centered Method is NOT:
Â
→ It’s not another thing to add to your plate.
→ It’s not a set of one-off SEL lessons.
→ It’s not a character-building theme of the month.
→ It’s not a behavior program built on rewards or sticker charts
→ It’s not another PD teachers can’t actually use
“Wow, your classroom is so calm!”
That was the feedback Andriana repeatedly heard from colleagues when they observed the level of engagement in her classroom.
Andriana reflected. She began recording herself teaching to better understand what made her classroom management so effective. It became clear that when students are regulated, connected, and supported, learning comes naturally.
That’s what led to her creation of the Heart-Centered Instructional Toolkits for teachers and a student-facing curriculum now used by educators around the world.
Rooted in more than a decade of classroom experience, Andriana’s work centers on regulation, movement, and meaningful connection as the foundation for learning. Today, she supports teachers in building classrooms that feel calmer, more connected, and easier to lead.
Because calm classrooms don’t happen by accident. They’re built with intention.
The Heart-Centered Method
The method used in The Heart-to-Heart Program is designed to create meaningful, lasting growth in students by focusing on four essential pillars.
These pillars work together to develop confident, empathetic, and collaborative learners, while fostering a positive classroom culture.Â
Speaking & Professional Learning
Andriana brings the Heart-Centered Method to life through engaging, practical presentations designed for real classrooms.
